Cold Mountain Light Yellow Miso is all natural and vegan friendly. It's a traditional Japanese Shinshu style Shiro miso with a refreshing aroma and mild flavour.
Cold mountain produces premium miso using organic soybeans. Miso is fermented with koji, which is a Japanese fungus used for fermenting many soy-based Japanese products such as sake and soy sauce.
