COCONUT SUGAR ORGANIC

Organic Coconut Palm Sugar, commonly referred to as Coconut Sugar or Palm Sugar, produced by evaporating the sap made from the flowers of the coconut tree, is an all-natural, non-GMO sweetener, free of preservatives and additives. Coconut sugar has a typical mesh size of 14 to 16 with a characteristic sweet molasses aroma and is commonly used as a 1:1 replacement for cane sugar. Due to natural variation in the raw material, coconut sugar may vary in color and aroma with the possibility of batches produced being darker or lighter in appearance than previous batches. Organic coconut sugar is high in potassium, magnesium, zinc and iron, and rich in 12 of the Vitamin B complex.
