Native of Tibet, goji berries are mainly grown in Southeast China. The goji berry is attributed to the vital health and youth of Tibetans. Goji fruit are one of the largest source of antioxidants among any other food. Additionally, they are high in fibre, vitamin C, vitamin A and iron. Similar to raisins, goji berries are ready to eat, or can be soaked and added to baked goods, smoothies or used as a topping for yogurt, salads, and much more. They're also delicious straight out of the bag as a sweet, zesty snack.
