It is grown on a multigenerational family farm that employs only veganic farming techniques. The mustard seeds are certified organic, non-GMO, and non-irradiated, in addition to being fresh and flavourful. We also grind the seeds at our production facility in small batches to create a fresh, potent mustard powder. Enjoy it in curries, soups, stews, and potato salad!
