ST FRANCIS HERB FARM VALERIAN TINCTURE

Valerian is used as a sedative-hypnotic for insomnia and as an anxiolytic for restlessness and sleeping disorders associated with anxiety. Directions: Adults: Take 2.4-4 ml (72-120 drops) 1-3x daily in a little water on an empty stomach. If using Valerian primarily as a sleep aid, the full daily dose of 2.4-12 ml (72-360 drops) can be taken from 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime. Take an additional dose of 2.4-12 ml earlier in the evening if necessary.
